We estimate delivery with The Courier Guy rates by TV screen size (for example about R249 for 32", R349 for 40–43", higher for larger sets). The exact estimate appears at checkout. There is no free-delivery threshold right now.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days in major metros, and 3–7 working days in outlying areas, depending on Courier Guy service levels.
What is your returns policy?+
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Card payments and major South African EFT/instant payment methods. All payments are processed securely.
Do the TVs include a stand?+
Yes — table-top stands/feet and remotes are included unless the listing says otherwise. Wall mounts are sold separately where applicable.
